Our team will work closely with your existing host and property manager to ensure a smooth process. We’ll spend the necessary time learning (normally a day) about your property and identifying any areas for improvement. We’ll then work to install new technology, create detailed cleaning procedures, and make any necessary updates to ensure that your vacation rental is a success.

We know that the little details can make a big difference, which is why we’ll even create custom property signage to make sure your guests feel right at home from the moment they arrive.

Step 1: Meet with us.

At Sky View Vacation Homes, we believe in building strong relationships with our clients based on trust and transparency. That’s why our first step in working with you is to schedule a meeting where we can discuss how our processes and services work. 

During this meeting, we’ll walk you through our property management services and answer any questions you may have. We understand that every client is unique, so we’ll take the time to understand your specific needs and preferences.

Step 2: Property Onboarding

After our initial meeting, we’ll schedule a time to view your property. During this visit, we’ll provide you with feedback on any recommended steps and actions to get your property ready to be a short-term rental.

If your property is already an existing short-term rental, we’ll provide feedback on ways to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience. We’ll also provide recommendations on design and security components, and provide you with a supplies list to ensure your rental is fully stocked and ready to go. Once we have shared this information, we will also provide the hosting agreement for your review and signature.

Once your property is fully furnished and decorated, we’ll schedule a professional photographer to take high-quality photos that showcase your rental in the best possible light. These photos will be used to market your rental on our website and other vacation rental platforms.

Step 3: Property Listing

At Sky View Vacation Homes, we know that creating an outstanding listing is key to attracting potential renters to your vacation rental property. That’s why we take the time to create and optimize your listing, using our expertise and knowledge of renter desires to create a listing that stands out from the crowd.

We’ll start by taking high-quality photos of your property and writing a compelling description that highlights its unique features and amenities. We’ll also optimize the listing with keywords and other tactics to ensure that it ranks well in search results and attracts the right kind of renters.

Once the listing is complete, we’ll post it on popular booking sites like Airbnb, VRBO, and others, as well as on our own direct booking website. This ensures that your rental reaches the widest possible audience and generates maximum bookings.

During this step, we’ll also integrate our technology with your property to provide a seamless booking and management experience.
