Our story
Skyview Vacation Homes was founded by Rob Stouder, drawing on decades of experience in various real estate activities including single family and multi-family rentals, private lending, and syndications.
Our company is dedicated to providing both owners and guests with an experience that exceeds their expectations of short-term rentals. To achieve this goal, we prioritize friendly, prompt communication when addressing questions and needs of our clients.
Rob Stouder
Founder
Rob was a Certified Public Accountant who spent over 25 years providing professional services related to taxes, auditing, and risk management consulting. In 2022, he made the decision to leave public accounting and devote his full attention to running Skyview Vacation Homes. Rob also owns two short-term rentals himself, so he understands the owner's perspective firsthand.
