About Skyview

Skyview Vacation Homes was founded by Rob Stouder and Todd Norris, two long-time friends with a combined 30 years of experience in various real estate activities including single family and multi-family rentals, private lending, and syndications. Dissatisfied with the management services offered by companies for short-term rentals, they decided to take matters into their own hands and personally manage their properties. The success of this venture, coupled with the unexpected joy of providing guests with exceptional vacation experiences, led them to establish Skyview Vacation Homes.

Our company is dedicated to providing both owners and guests with an experience that exceeds their expectations of short-term rentals. To achieve this goal, we prioritize friendly prompt communication when addressing questions and needs of our clients. We also participate in short-term rental masterminds and groups to stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the industry. Finally, we leverage various technologies to enhance the experience of both our owners and guests.

Rob is a Certified Public Accountant who spent over 25 years providing professional services related to taxes, auditing, and risk management consulting. In 2022, he made the decision to leave public accounting and devote his full attention to running Skyview Vacation Homes. Drawing on his extensive business and real estate experience, Rob has developed Skyview in a way that he himself would be satisfied with if he were not managing his own properties. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and father of two daughters, as well as a proud owner of two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and golfing

Todd is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at a small university located in the Midwest. With extensive experience in providing services that support students and various higher education institutions, Todd brings a wealth of expertise to Skyview. Drawing on his experience working with various hardware and software technologies as well as IT vendors, he ensures that our technology is tailored to meet the needs of both owners and Skyview. Additionally, Todd is responsible for managing vendors and maintenance operations for Skyview, ensuring that any property needs are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.

When not at work, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, three daughters, and two dogs. Furthermore, he finds pleasure in traveling, cooking, watching football, and playing softball.
